Maryland Cyber Security (MCS) is a not-for-profit membership organization that helps promote Maryland as a USA center of excellence in cyber security. We proudly provide this forum for government, academia, MD-based defense contractors and MD small businesses to discuss ideas and exchange ideas for advancing Maryland’s already impressive cyber security capabilities and expertise.

 

Not a day goes by without another serious reminder of the growing threats in cyberspace to our national and homeland security. Cybercrime also threatens the very foundations of e-commerce, key to global economic growth. This is a fight we must engage and win, and Maryland can help lead the way through partnering between subject matter experts, key stakeholders and solution providers.

 

We are still in startup-mode and members that purchase a Charter Membership prior to December 30, 2009, or until the allotment of 50 Charter Memberships is sold (whichever comes first) will be designated as a "Founding / Charter Member".
